How fast will my order ship?
Most in-stock items are printed and shipped within 48 hours. Large or custom jobs show a lead-time estimate before you order.
Which file formats do you accept?
STL files work best. If you only have an idea, our team can model it for you — just ask for a quote.
Are the prints durable?
Yes. PETG and Nylon are tough for daily use, PLA is perfect for decor, and Resin captures the finest detail.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return any standard item. Custom prints are reprinted free if they do not match your file.
